Very Good
Everything good at the hotel, nothing to complain about. Very good location. If the price would be more fair i would have rated it 9 or 10.
I had some issues regarding credit card before arrival, and they were very difficult to communicate with. But in the end it was solved, but the email communication should be improved. The hotel is overpriced.

We booked 4 months in advance, advised hotel of early AM arrival. After travelling more than 20 hours, we arrived only t
Room size, location, free water top up in room, comfortable for couple nights. Near Sunday market and shopping malls.
Room wasn’t ready despite earlier advising of the arrival time, security has to scramble room. Chair was broken at study desk, advised staff to replace, but wasn’t attended to. Place is looking a bit aged, but ok.
